The firm spreading fax solution
IN-FAX is a firmspreading supra-regional fax solution, that manages the internal fax transport via available ways lika e-mail and intranet.
| Features | - Incoming faxsimilies are converted into graphics and stored in a fax data base.
- The receipients are extracted according to the fay header fraom receipient data base and informaed vie e-mail.
- The e-mail contains a link to the fax, that can be zoomed, tipped, turned, printed, commented and forwarded in the browser.
- The sending is carried put via a fax master, in which text and graphics can be inserted. The fax number is extracted automatically out of the master by the fax server. After the printing of the fax the sender is informed via e-mail aboput the success or failure of the transmission.
